This website is open to wholesale customers only. First-time customers must provide a reseller/tax ID number during checkout.
Minimum Order Size
We require a minimum order of $150 before shipping costs. Smaller orders can be processed, but are subject to extra handling fees. A $15 handling fee applies to orders between $100 and $149. A $25 fee applies to orders under $100.
Shipping
Shipping costs are an estimate only. Actual charges may be slightly higher or lower, and will be shown on the final invoice. We ship Fedex Ground, usually within 2 business days. Please call us if you have a special shipping request.
Return Policy
If an item is defective, call to obtain a return authorization. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
International Orders
Our website does not accept orders for shipments outside the U.S. For international orders, send an e-mail to dynamicasia@gmail.com for details. We require a minimum order of $400 before shipping costs for international orders.
Pricing
Our website prices are wholesale prices suitable for retail markup. If you are interested in buying in larger volume, call us about case pricing.
